Meet the Team
Alan O'Rafferty
CEO & Founder
Alan established Alan O’Rafferty & Associates in 2009 now re-branded to AOR Services, having identified a unique way of approaching Claims Management and Loss Assessing for clients. He prides himself on customer service and problem-solving and instills these values & skills across the whole team.
While completing his degree in Construction Economics, Alan gained valuable industry experience working for Linesight (formerly Brice Shaw Partnership), followed by Spain Courtney Doyle, a multi-discipline consulting practice. After a brief time working as a Loss Adjuster representing Insurance companies, Alan began his career in Loss Assessing and Claims Management. It is there that Alan honed his project management skills, in particular, his ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver goals on time, and to the standard, he has proudly set for AOR Services.

Paul Prunty
Quantity Surveyor
Paul joined the AOR team in 2014, having developed a very strong background primarily in domestic construction. His career started on construction sites as a carpenter progressing to foreman before returning to further education.
As the firm’s Quantity Surveyor, Paul’s responsibilities include compiling Bills Of Quantities and Cost Estimates for our Loss Assessing department. He also fronts the full suite of Quantity Surveying Services the Firm provides to the construction industry.
Paul’s broad experience across the industry both in Ireland & the UK provides him with a unique approach and knowledge at AOR.
John O'Rafferty
Operations Manager
John manages the day to day running of the office. He worked in a number of large Insurance companies before joining AOR Services in 2011. He’s acutely in tune with our clients and their needs and is well known amongst them for his excellent customer service.
